Flames Of Durga is the brainchild of identical twin sisters guitarist Béah and bassist Cecilia Romero who were born and bred in LA. They grew up writing songs together. A shared NDE was their catalyst to form FOD combining the best elements of grunge, metal, and punk. Their self-titled debut LP recorded at Rancho De La Luna, produced by Dave Catching, comes out September before a digital release.
